"I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Steve I would never have found Triathlon. He saved me from a life of running in circles and instead introduced me to an eternity of swimming, biking and running in circles. He’s taken me from complete triathlon novice to World Championship Series starter in the space of three years and I firmly believe this is testimony to his careful guidance, years of coaching experience, and most importantly willingness to learn and adapt with his athletes. Steve has a genuine passion for the sport, his job and his athletes, no matter what their ability, and I could not recommend him highly enough."
Congratulations to Team TIME'S Jason Loh who won his Age Group and finished 21st overall in last weekends Challenge Kanchanaburi race in Thailand

Barry's Road to Kona
This years Kona representative is Malaysia's one and only Barry Lee of Team TIME Triathlon, who leaves for the Big Island tomorrow. Best wishes to Barry as one of only 2 or 3 Malaysian athletes who have ever qualified for the World Ironman Championships & by far the youngest! Great to see how the Malaysian tri community pulled together to get behind Barry and help send him on his way :-) Barry's Road to Kona
Massive congratulations to Paul Burns on completing his first Ironman at Wales on Sunday. Solid and disciplined throughout the race brought him home in his first Ironman in 12h 19 mins :-)
Congratulations Rupert Chen:
